COVID-19 Information

As a business, the health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and our partners, both in the UK and South Africa, is always our top priority. We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds and are continuing to adapt, following the guidance issued by the government and health authorities to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

For the moment it is “continue as usual” for our business while we closely monitor the situation. Feel free to place your order, as we will continue dispatching orders until restricted. If we cannot send your order, we will contact you to either cancel your order, or await the soonest opportunity to when the deliveries can again commence. Please see additional delivery info below.

We are working very hard in challenging circumstances, to serve our customers, support our communities and take care of one another. The days, weeks and months ahead will be testing and ever-changing for us all and we will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

Delivery Information From our Delivery Partner MyHermes

They are making some changes to the way their couriers deliver parcels to offer 'contact-free delivery' right to everyone's doorsteps. These include:

  • Asking customers to choose a safe place for deliveries. Add this as a note with your order or,
  • Anybody due to receive a parcel should visit the tracking section and choose 'divert' to select a safe place. If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there, even when there is someone in the property. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email.
  • For parcels requiring a signature, our couriers can temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will only happen when the customer opens the door and gives their name for security reasons. The courier will stay at least two steps away.
  • If there is no safe place available, please be assured that we will always attempt delivery 3 times.
